1978 (Z series) Honda CBX  with only 0 km on the Odo and its been completely restored and the engine and trans rebuild.

DISCRIPTION :
 
This CBX is the first and most disirable of its model range and because its the most pure sports bike of its era. When this bike came on the market it was already an icon and way ahead of it's time. 

The bike come's with it's FACTORY original and coded and re-chromed exhausts !! ( rare on any CBX ! ).
 
This bike is completely, every nut and bolt, restored to better than new condition. The engine, the trasmission, the carb's all are rebuild and now as new. It drives and handles very good and is ready to be enjoyed or visit bike shows with.

We have testdriven the bike once it was finished and we set the mileage at 0 after that, as its just brandnew. Original mileage before the restoration was 25k km.
 
The bikes looks stunning in its original silver metallic paint and all the details and emblems are in fantastic condition. This bike truelly is a rare find and in this concourse condition rare to find.

No costs were spared and more than 20k was invested IN THE RESTORATION ALONE.

The 6 cilinder engine is very smooth and throttle repsonsive and this bikes is also very fast as its one of the first edition bikes with the most HP and perfect gearbox ratio.
 
These first edition CBX bikes go up in vallue and there getting very hard to find, especially in this condition. And keep in mind that this bike is TURN key ready and needs nothing.
 
You cant compare this low mile bike with just any other bikes out there as no costs were spared to make it in this condition. 
 
Many older bikes you see online are maybe in great shape, but if not driven every now and then be aware these bikes can, and will have isseus !. A bike of this caliber needs to be well maintained and driven on a regular basis !. With this bike been all restored, you are free of these wurries as the bike is in perfect as new shape.
 
DRIVETRAIN :
 
Factory original and matching number  1050 CC 6 Cilinder with dual overhead camshafts and 24 valves and 6 carbs. Everything was checked and rebuild and the compression is as new. Carbs were rebuild and fully tested and tuned and the gearbox aswell and a new clutch was installed. The block is now polished and on request it can also be painted ( no extra charge )
 
BODY AND PAINT :
 
The paint on the bike is new and it has all it's original emblems, decalls, and details are still original.
The frame and all other components were sandblasted and now have a fresh new correct colored coating aplayed to them.
The wheels were also restored and in as new condition.
The engine and details are completely redone and the blok has many polished details, on request we can also easily paint these polished parts back to original style, it's just a matter of personal likings and choice. 
 
OPTIONS :
 
The  bike is equipped with a engine protect frame, which can also easily be removed, or on request we can deliver the bike with another type of engine cover.
