Completely restored ( nut and bolt) 1979 Honda CBX 1000-6 in fantastic and great condition. Don't confuse this bike with some any second hand CBX as most dont run and drive and are not completely restored.. This bike is virtualy brandnew !
 
Painted fresh in factory correct Candy red metallic with a fantastic shine ! Only a few miles on the engine from testing after the restoration ( 25km ). Originally a very well maintained 44000km low mile on the odometer bike. The bike is ofcourse numbers matching and highly original and a concourse quality bike.

DISCRIPTION :
 
No cost spared restoration and engine rebuild !, highly detailed and test driven for 25 km to make sure all is set to specs. TURN KEY BIKE !.
 
More than 15000,- invested in the build alone ( Without labour and cost of the motorcycle itself ).One of the best CBX's on the market today on the market today, highly detailed and correct and drives and handles like a dream..
 
And its TURN KEY !.., ready to use, a true collectors item.
 
Some small details have been upgraded, like the engine has some polished details, but all in all it was kept to factory spec's. All nuts, bolts, screws are done, and the complete wiring, brakesystem & the complete dash and gauges were restored and new shocks, exhausts ( factory correct), tires, sprockets & chain, battery, brake lines and more were installed new.
 
The complete frame was sandblasted and painted and the old paint was removed to the bare steel and new factory correct Candy red metallic and factory nos stripes and decalls were installed.
 
The complete engine was rebuild and painted in the correct color and all is highly detailed and some details were polished for a better apearance.  All in all a fantastic looking beast !.If you want one of the best CBX's around, than this bike is it !.
 
DRIVETRAIN :
 
Factory original and matching number 1050 CC 6 cilinder 4 stroke engine with dual overhead camshafts and 24 valves and 5 speed transmission and an early 105/110 hp version.
 
The engine is completely stock original but fully rebuild, carbs were rebuild and all was serviced. The cam, crankshaft, rod's, pistons,rings, seals, gaskets, valves & seats, clutch, all were rebuild. But the engine is still a 0 bore original !. A new altenator and starter was installed and a it has brand new factory style exhaustsystem, just a fresh and great engine with only 25 km on it after it was restored.
 
TURN KEY & tested bike ! The bike was also given some better looking details and polished aluminium parts and for better looks. But all original parts!

Stunning Candy red paint, factory correct stripes and details, powdercoated parts and frame, all new seat and foam and more.
